Why Grass Fed Meat?

Choose grass fed or wild caught meat whenever you get the chance. Here are a few reasons why:
1. Grass fed meat is lower in fat and calories.
2. There are more omega 3 fats, which are good for you in grass fed meat.
3. The animal eats what's in it's natural habitat instead of grains.
4. Lower in saturated fat
5. It's higher in the minerals magnesium, calcium, and potassium
6. It's higher in the vitamins riboflavin and thiamin.
