As a strength and conditioning coach my focus is on improving performance while reducing the likelihood of injury. It is my goal not only to make you stronger and healthier but also to teach you the correct biomechanics so you understand the skills associated with movement. I have had a great deal of experience training elite athletes and feel that everyone should have the opportunity to improve. I am focused on quality and professionalism and will help you define and reach your goals.
