My Favorite Machine Exercise
If I had to use a machine in the gym this would be my first choice- the Weight Assisted Chin-up and Dip Machine. I love it, here's why.
Anyone can do a chin-up or dip on it. It is based on your bodyweight so there are a variety of exercises, tempos, and repetition ranges that can be performed.
Here are a few exercises that can be performed on it.
1. Chin up / Pull ups/ Neutral Grip Pull ups
2. Dips
3. Single Arm Pull ups
