Superset Exercises To Reduce Time In The Gym

Supersetting exercises is a great way to maximize your time spent in the gym. It allows you to get more work done in less time. I generally superset my programs in the following ways:
I start by pairing core exercises together, such as an abdominal exercise and a mobility or low back strengthening exercise.
Then I'll superset an upper body exercise with a lower body exercise such as a chest press with a squatting exercise. A sample is below:
1. Abdominal of your choice paired with a low back strengthening exercise
2. Upper body multi joint with a lower body multi joint
3. Upper body multi joint with a lower body multi joint
4. Upper body single joint with a lower body single joint
