Change up your routine

If you aren't seeing the results you're hoping for, change up your routine. Do something different. It's important to change the exercises, sets, repetitions, or rest periods spent in between exercises. Most people I see working out tend to do the same exercises all the time. Pick one variable to change on a weekly basis and you will keep it interesting for yourself and keep your body guessing.
