Out Train A Poor Diet
You can’t out train a poor diet. I hear this all the time, but it’s true. It doesn’t matter how hard you work out if you're not eating the right foods.
An hour- long workout can be ruined with a poor nutritional choice afterwards. Avoid foods high in sugar, fried foods, and fatty foods.
Choose lean meats, foods high in protein, and vegetables. This will help your muscles recover and prepare you for the next workout.
