Eat blueberries to help improve memory

Blueberries are one of my favorite foods not only because they taste great, but they are full of antioxidants.
Blueberries contain a compound called polyphenols which actually help to improve memory and a compound called anthocyanin which is an anti-inflammatory. They help to lower blood pressure and possibly reduce colon cancer. So add a ½ cup of wild blueberries to your diet .
