Where
We will meet on a field in Walpole Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You only pay on the days you join us.
What
We will be working on flexibility, speed, agility, quickness, running mechanics, and strength training.
During a typical hour long session athletes will go through a warm up, acceleration, deceleration, or multi directional movement and some basic strength training.
Fridays will be Fun Fitness Friday!
When
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. from 9am -10am. Athletes must bring water, cleats if you have them, and a positive attitude.
There will be no sessions during the week of July 26th- August 2nd.
